A trauma-informed, holistic coaching experience to support your healing, growth, and reconnection with self.
This 12-week experiential coaching program is designed for a small cohort of individuals ready to deepen their healing through a blend of neuro-somatic mindfulness (body-based) practices, artistic expression, and guided reflection.
8 Individual Somatic Healing Sessions (up to 1.5 hours each)
Personalized, one-on-one neuro-somatic mindfulness sessions to help you gently explore what’s arising in your body, mind, heart and spirit.
4 Expressive Art Group Sessions (6:30-8:30pm on Tuesday evenings)
Through guided therapeutic art practices in a safe and supportive group, participants are invited to explore with a variety of art mediums and to share, witness, and be witnessed by peers —cultivating connection and a sense of belonging.
Gentle Touchpoints Between Sessions
You'll receive personalized simple practices like mindful movement, reflective journaling, visualization, meditation, breathwork, and creative expression to help you deepen reflection and continue your healing between sessions. These tools invite you to stay connected with your inner process and bring insights into daily life.
Bonus Session – “Getting Through the Holiday Season Mindfully”
Sign-up by December 15th to receive an additional bonus session on December 16th focused on cultivating awareness and calm through the holiday season—honoring where you are while finding presence and peace.

Payment plan option is available: Initial deposit of $1,500 followed by 3 monthly payments of $765.
