Beyond the mat, we value the power of connection. Participants often stay afterward for snacks, warm conversation, shared stories, and the simple joy of being IN Community.

This is a donation-based class. Part of the proceeds are donated to the Anti-Hunger Coalition Timmins to help support their community food programs.
