Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic Yoga is a healing-centered offering that invites you to slow down on purpose, reconnect, and return to your body with compassion. Each 90-minute session is intentionally themed — weaving together breath, movement, mindfulness, intuitive and reflective practices — to support you in finding your place of inner harmony.

Rooted in a trauma-informed approach and body-based awareness, this series emphasizes presence over performance. You'll be guided through accessible, gentle yoga postures and somatic exploration, creating space to notice what arises without judgment, and to move in ways that feel safe, nourishing, and empowering for you.

This is not about flexibility or perfection — it’s about rediscovering your self.

Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, trauma, or simply seeking deeper connection with your body and breath, Therapeutic Yoga offers a supportive space to explore healing from the inside out.

All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome.

Small groups of up to 6 participants creates a more intimate and shared experience.
