Owl's Nest provides a dual offering of mental health and wellness services, as well as unique community care supports offering trauma-informed coaching, therapeutic art and yoga. Through somatic healing, psychoeducation, mindfulness and creative practices, we help people restore balance, build resilience and live happier, healthier and more authentic lives.
With over 25 years of combined experience in healthcare, mental health/substance use and trauma support, Michelle integrates her professional expertise with personal insights from her own healing journey to help you find your way forward.
