Therapeutic yoga is not about the perfect pose - it's about the process of getting into a pose and the quiet pauses in between. These trauma-informed sessions invite you to get curious about subtle shifts in sensation within your body and to release what no longer serves you.
Through movement, mindfulness, breathwork, compassionate inquiry, journaling, guided visualisation, or by simply taking time on your mat, this is a space to reconnect with your true nature, recognize your whole self, and find acceptance.

Join us for a monthly gentle and accessible yoga practice IN Community at the Anti-Hunger Coalition Timmins. No experience required. Open to everybody!
