What is Somatic Healing?

Somatic healing is a body-based approach to emotional wellness that helps regulate the nervous system and release accumulated stress.

Through breathing, awareness, and gentle movement, the body can begin to soften and reconnect with a sense of safety and balance.

You don’t need to understand it fully to begin. You just need to experience it.
